Bridge business challenges and technical implementation using the Pega platform, specifically focusing on Customer Decision Hub (CDH).

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business challenges and define roadmap priorities to organize design and architecture.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements and manageable backlogs.
• Design customer engagement strategies and Next-Best-Action logic within the Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Define rules, decision tables, and logic for real-time decisioning.
• Map customer journeys and manage interaction history.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in the Pega platform, specifically Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Experience with Next-Best-Action Designer and implementing real-time decisioning logic.
• Hands-on experience with the adaptive model component of CDH.
• Ability to integrate predictive and adaptive analytics models into the platform.
• Knowledge of customer engagement and modern marketing design.
• Understanding of data science concepts, including model scoring, training, and re-training.
• Experience working within Scrum fusion teams alongside business technologists, SMEs, and testers.
• Competency in customer journey mapping and interaction history management.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Azure Synapse and how external ML models integrate with CDH.
