Description

You will act as a trusted change advisor, embedding organizational change management into Agile ceremonies across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Integrate change management into Portfolio, Value Stream, and ART ceremonies.
• Ensure change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis are completed for all initiatives and epics.
• Refine OCM initiatives and epics into features and story-level change action plans.
• Build and manage an OCM backlog aligned with product and application delivery backlogs.
• Surface change risks, dependencies, and resistance patterns to leadership using RAID.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in consulting or related field.
• Expertise in Change Management and Business Agility.
• Proficiency in Stakeholder Management and Communications Strategy.
• Experience embedding change within Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
• Knowledge of Product Owners roles and delivery cadence alignment.
• Experience in Roadmap Creation and Portfolio Strategy.
• Familiarity with Agile work management tooling.
