Translate business requirements into functional specifications and drive system enhancements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and define functional specifications.
• Drive process improvement initiatives within Talent Effectiveness programs.
• Work with technical teams across all SDLC phases, including requirement gathering and testing.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for leadership review.
• Support end-user training, change management, and post-implementation follow-up.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or equivalent technical background.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Business / Functional Consultant or Systems Analyst role.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Systems Analyst practices.
