Description

Manage program execution and deliver monthly regulatory and custom reports.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned program requirements and lead the delivery of monthly regulatory and custom reporting.
• Track detailed measures and maintain program schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, elevating them to accountable parties when necessary.
• Conduct program planning exercises and disseminate information to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support the Data Load team by removing barriers and managing interdependencies to meet aggressive timelines.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of project management or IT work experience, or 5-7 years managing projects with complex program management experience.
• Expertise in Project Management and Managing Projects.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Understanding of Quality Reporting.
• Experience working in multi-discipline teams.
• Proven ability in negotiations and conflict management.
• Experience handling ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Structured, organized, and methodical approach to execution and delivery.
