Execute strategic change management plans to support enterprise transformation programs.

You will design and deliver change management strategies, conduct stakeholder and impact assessments, and facilitate training to drive adoption. You will mentor junior consultants and manage stakeholder expectations across diverse functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver holistic change management strategies and plans for transformation programs.
• Conduct stakeholder, readiness, and impact assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop and deploy communication tools and techniques to drive awareness and buy-in.
• Mentor and guide a team of consultants to build change management capabilities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate training programs across project lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in consulting or industry with a primary focus on change management.
• Minimum 5-6 change management implementation experiences within a transformation program lifecycle.
• Practical client experience in planning, designing, and delivering change management and training programs.
• Experience with ERP implementations, specifically SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
• Strong understanding of IT, HR, and Finance functional processes and general transformation.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse functions, geographies, and cultures.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree.
