Description

You will provide business leadership support to tailor data into decision-level deliverables and visuals for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.

Responsibilities

• Support management, organizational, or business improvement projects including strategic consulting, business process reengineering, and change management.
• Develop dashboards to convey metrics to non-technical audiences, including communicating caveats, limitations, and improvement implementation strategies.
• Analyze business or operating procedures to devise efficient methods of work, focusing on analytics processes and data visualization.
• Gather and analyze financial information to summarize cost and schedule data for briefing senior stakeholders.
• Improve the quality of Government acquisition artifacts such as Statements of Work (SOWs), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), and Acquisition Plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business consulting or acquisition support.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Expertise in various contract types including CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, FFP/LOE, T&M, and IDIQ.
• Advanced proficiency with data visualization or statistical tools such as Tableau, SPSS, SAS, or MatLab.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Access using relational data techniques.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Site Administration.
• Proven ability to analyze user business problems and solve them using automated systems.
• Experience supporting Program Management Offices (PMOs) within an Enterprise Contracts Office.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SharePoint technologies including Nintex Forms, HTML, CSS, and jQuery/JavaScript.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Robotic Process Automation.
• Certifications such as PMP or DAWIA.
