Description

You will provide business leadership and data-driven decision support for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and organizational improvement projects, including strategic consulting and change management.
• Analyze operating procedures to devise efficient methods, focusing on analytics and data visualization.
• Develop dashboards to convey metrics and limitations to non-technical audiences.
• Gather and analyze financial information to summarize cost and schedule data for senior stakeholders.
• Improve the quality of Government acquisition artifacts such as SOWs, IGCEs, and Acquisition Plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business consulting or acquisition support.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Expertise in contract types: CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, FFP/LOE, T&M, and IDIQ.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization or statistical tools: Tableau, SPSS, SAS, or MatLab.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access) using relational data techniques.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Site Administration.
• Proven ability to analyze user business problems and solve them using automated systems.
• Experience supporting Program Management Offices (PMOs) within an Enterprise Contracts Office.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SharePoint technologies including Nintex Forms, HTML, CSS, and jQuery/JavaScript.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Robotic Process Automation.
• Certifications such as PMP or DAWIA.
