Description

You will own the implementation and support of Temenos T24 systems within a banking environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process-led workshops and configure CCE and ISB product setups.
• Implement functionality in T24 and create or review functional specification documents.
• Analyze and resolve T24 errors while supporting production, UAT, and development systems.
• Liaise with users, departmental managers, and system vendors regarding requirements and interoperability.
• Collaborate with specialist contractors to meet project needs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in banking or financial investment environments.
• Deep expertise in Temenos T24, specifically AA Core, AA Lending, AA Deposits, and AA Accounts.
• AA and USMB certification.
• Proven experience in Core Banking and IT Service Management.
• Strong proficiency in Project Management and Consulting.
• Full bilingual English capability.

• Ability to provide both face-to-face and remote support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
