Description

You will act as a techno-functional consultant focused on reconciliation processes within banking and financial services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements by liaising directly with business stakeholders and clients.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for developers and technical consultants.
• Create and maintain process maps, BRDs, test cases, specifications, and user manuals.
• Manage data analysis and management for internal and external file sources.
• Coordinate issue triage, investigation, and resolution with developers and support teams.

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of reconciliation functions in Banking and Financial Services.
• Experience with Cash and Position reconciliations.
• Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data extraction.
• Working knowledge of FIS Data Integrity Manager (formerly IntelliMatch) or similar enterprise reconciliation applications.
• Ability to perform data analysis on diverse file types.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in JIRA, ServiceNow, and Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Wealth Management, Trust Accounting, and Capital Markets trade lifecycles.
• Experience with ETL tools, scripting languages (Batch, Perl), or BI reporting tools.
