Description

You will lead software upgrades, system conversions, and implementation projects for clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact during software upgrades and system conversions.
• Troubleshoot issues and support new process implementations during system upgrades.
• Design and optimize business workflows based on client requirements and industry benchmarks.
• Create data mapping and transaction flow documentation for precise data migration.
• Conduct system testing to confirm customized solutions meet client expectations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in implementation and upgradation projects using Quantum Treasury.
• Advanced knowledge of multiple end-to-end systems development life cycles (waterfall, iterative, etc.).
• Experience working directly with clients, including on-site consultation.
• Perform data analysis and client consultations to document data needs for software utilization.
• Deliver client training on new platforms and provide ongoing system configuration support.
• Excellent customer service skills focused on client satisfaction.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
