Description

You will manage the day-to-day coordination of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program, covering Technology Recovery, Business Continuity, and Vendor Continuity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the BCM Program across business continuity, technical recovery, and vendor continuity workstreams.
• Provide second-line challenge and oversight of existing BCM plans.
• Develop, review, and enhance BCM policies, programs, and procedures.
• Build partnerships with cross-functional teams across 50 different departments to ensure effective disaster recovery planning.
• Identify process challenges and propose solutions for improvement using terminology related to risk review, infrastructure, and testing in cloud and on-premises environments.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to develop strong partnerships and influence stakeholders across various departments.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
• High School Diploma.

Preferred Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in financial services or auto finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Risk Management, Business Studies, or equivalent experience.
• CBCP or CBCM certifications.
• Experience with Lucid or eGRC Archer BCM module.
