You will manage non-IT business continuity and disaster recovery programs, focusing on strategic planning and operational resilience.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects by creating detailed plans and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Lead Business Impact Analysis (BIA), plan development, implementation, and regular testing exercises.
• Manage staff by recruiting, assigning work, and overseeing professional development.
• Consult with management and clients to define project specifications, proposals, and findings.
• Analyze resource needs and market demand to assess project feasibility.

Required Skills

• Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification.
• At least five years of practical experience in Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery planning within the last ten years.
• Expertise in Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity strategy.
• Strong knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
• Proven ability to manage project costs, contracts, and product design changes.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for providing performance feedback.

Preferred Skills

• PMI or PMP certification.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
