You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions through data-driven decision making and requirement elicitation.

Responsibilities

• Capture and prioritize functional and technical requirements using agile methodologies and JIRA user stories.
• Build and deliver dashboards, reporting platforms, and analytical models to track business metrics.
• Gather, clean, and validate large datasets across multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Draft functional specifications and impact matrices while coordinating defects with development and testing teams.
• Translate complex analytical results into visualizations and actionable insights for senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business or data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Python.
• Experience with Hive.
• Hands-on expertise with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or MicroStrategy.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, V-lookups, and Macros.
• Strong data validation and data cleaning capabilities.
• Ability to document requirements as User Stories in JIRA.
• Experience working within agile processes.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Computer Science or Business Data Analytics.
