Description

You will own the full lifecycle of data analysis, from requirements gathering to design and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional teams and business leads to collect and analyze data.
• Perform data validation to identify discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies in transferred data.
• Manage data integrity and normalization processes.
• Develop analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
• Proficiency with SQL and database management.
• Expertise in data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Experience with reporting packages such as Business Objects.
• Hands-on experience with XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks.
• Working knowledge of statistics and statistical packages including Excel, SPSS, or SAS.
• Strong ability to perform queries, write reports, and present findings.
• Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SPSS or SAS for statistical analysis.
