Description

As a Business Data Analyst, you will analyze customer support data to improve service quality and drive technical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze approximately 700 weekly customer support tickets to identify recurring pain points.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis.
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards for real-time data tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to route issues for proper triage.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and service trends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proven experience creating and managing automated dashboards.
• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience with AWS QuickSight.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
