You will analyze business systems, processes, and user needs to drive operational improvements.
Responsibilities
Analyze business processes to identify issues, delays, and bottlenecks.
Construct workflow charts, diagrams, and technical specifications.
Gather and review business data, including KPIs and key metrics, using data analytics tools.
Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations to summarize information and trends.
Propose system improvements and automation opportunities based on operational metrics.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in a similar role or a Bachelor’s degree in business analysis, operational research, mathematical modelling, statistics, or data analytics.
Proficiency in Data Analysis and Data Modeling.
Working knowledge of Python to maintain and update existing applications.
Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders to support process improvements.
Experience with brainstorming and collaborative methods and tools.
