Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data to identify anomalies, trends, and key business drivers.
• Deliver analytical reporting and recommend solutions to improve process efficiency.
• Validate reporting results and maintain data integrity for high-confidence outcomes.
• Document data elements, reports, and procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Perform ad hoc analysis, support special projects, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex analysis.
• Experience in business, statistical, or data analysis.
• Ability to assimilate data from various sources to develop actionable insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills to identify obstacles and develop practical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid business acumen and professional maturity.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Business Objects.
• Experience with Call Center or Sales Center data.
