Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements for banking operations, compliance, and risk.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Document business processes, data flows, and key metrics.
• Present findings clearly to business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst, preferably in finance.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with data analysis and requirements documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AML, KYC, or Basel regulations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
