Description

You will own data analysis and reporting functions for the insurance and brokerage domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business data and perform root cause analysis (RCA) identification.
• Manage and resolve changes within Alteryx processes to meet business SLAs.
• Communicate data insights and requirements to various business users and insurance companies.
• Work independently to drive data solutions and process improvements.
• Interact with offshore and nearshore resources to support delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role.
• Strong domain knowledge in insurance and brokerage.
• Proficiency in data analysis and query writing (Snowflake preferred, other databases acceptable).
• Proven experience utilizing Alteryx for process automation.
• Experience interacting with offshore and nearshore resources.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong communication skills suitable for interacting with business stakeholders.
