You will use technical analysis and operational knowledge to support business objectives and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to develop actionable business insights.
• Develop and improve workflows to increase customer service quality and decrease operational costs.
• Lead the implementation of projects and teams to achieve defined results.
• Document and communicate project milestones, concepts, and results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with testing teams on script development to meet technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or operational roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Access and building databases.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with SQL Server.
• Proficiency in VBA programming.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to analyze business problems and recommend formal solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Executive level stakeholders.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Knowledge of Client, Exchange, or Marketplace environments.
