Description

You manage warranty inquiries and customer cases, ensuring efficient resolution and accurate documentation. You support distributors, dealers, and end-users while maintaining up-to-date records in relevant systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and cases, providing clear warranty information and guidance.
• Document all interactions accurately and follow established call flows.
• Conduct timely follow-ups on warranty claims to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Assist in developing and updating Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and operational documentation.
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and support process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Experience with ServiceBench, Salesforce, and SAP.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret customer data and identify trends.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
