Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of reporting and data extraction to support Client Services and broader business operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate daily, weekly, and monthly manual reports and data extracts for accuracy.
• Translate customer requests into technical report specifications, defining measures, dimensions, and layouts.
• Develop new SQL reports and data extracts while troubleshooting existing production issues and data integrity gaps.
• Automate manual reporting processes to reduce redundancy and improve efficiency.
• Create technical design documentation for all reports and provide reporting training to business users.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis or reporting roles.
• Proficiency with SQL for report generation and data extraction.
• Experience using BI tools, Excel, Python, and Java.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting data integrity and resolving production issues.
• Ability to perform process mapping to identify reporting opportunities.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Any Graduate degree.
