You will optimize IT operations by analyzing hardware, software, and services to implement structural and operational improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IT operations to identify areas for optimization and implement improvements.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and technical evaluations of IT infrastructure.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development and testing teams.
• Present data-driven findings and reports to leadership to support decision-making.
• Define key metrics and instrument data tracking for customer care and product analytics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in web, customer care, or product analytics.
• Highly proficient in SQL for complex data queries.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau for data visualization.
• Experience using AWS Athena and Redshift for data warehousing.
• Proficiency in experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong background in IT analysis and improvement strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
