Responsibilities

• Mine data from various sources to extract relevant business information.
• Apply statistical and business intelligence tools to analyze data.
• Communicate findings clearly through verbal and written mediums.
• Manage workload by planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple tasks.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, R, Python.
• Experience with Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Remedy.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
• Understanding of strict confidentiality policies.
