Description

Manage non-production data lifecycles and validate HR system data integrity through rigorous testing and analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create non-production test data using SQL, stored procedures, and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Analyze HR data from relational databases to test accuracy and validate front-end reporting.
• Partner with technology teams to enable system enhancements, developments, and control implementations.
• Participate in Workday, licensed system, and HR software integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Create and support the execution of test scripts while maintaining data quality and security standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or related functions.
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience writing and managing stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle databases.
• Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
• Strong business analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate complex material from multiple sources.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Workday testing experience.
• Knowledge of Client Quality Center.
