Description

You will serve as a functional specialist supporting the FircoSoft (LNRS) Filter Engine Project and the Payment Cash and Custody (PCG) project. You own the end-to-end false-hit mitigation rule lifecycle and sanctions screening system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Write, tune, test, and implement end-to-end false-hit mitigation rules.
• Execute sanctions screening system implementations, covering scoping, requirements gathering, and testing.
• Analyze, scope, and document the feasibility of false-hit mitigation rules.
• Evaluate rule suitability to optimize screening accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Specialist in AML Sanctions Screening.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Crime.
• Hands-on experience with the end-to-end False-Hit Mitigation Rule lifecycle.
• Technical knowledge of SWIFT MT and MX, FED Wires, and CHIPS transaction types.
• Experience with FircoSoft Classic and FircoSoft Multi List Manager (FMM) or Multi Laws Manager (FML).
• Expertise in sanctions screening systems and watch list filtering.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Firco Continuity (Transaction) and Firco Trust (Entity) screening.
• Deep understanding of the FircoSoft Utilities Suite.
