Description

You will act as a Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst to define, plan, and implement technology solutions for collateral management strategic directives and regulatory mandates.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex requirements working sessions and facilitate strategic user meetings to decompose abstract concepts into functional requirements.
• Design and execute end-to-end data and process flows, establishing connectivity across the ecosystem including SWIFT.
• Develop wireframes and articulate product vision to development teams while overseeing the full end-to-end development lifecycle.
• Manage project plans, including issue resolution, risk mitigation, and cross-team dependencies between business and IT areas.
• Direct the creation of user acceptance test plans, end-user training plans, and implementation strategies for senior management approval.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional financial services experience, including 5+ years specifically in Collateral Management.
• Extensive experience with Collinne or Apex collateral management systems.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Excel, Access, and VBA.
• Hands-on experience with SWIFT connectivity and data management.
• Expertise in market data, valuations, and benchmark data analysis.
• Proven ability in project management methodology and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills for documenting project artifacts and tollgates.
• Bachelor’s Degree in technology, finance, business, or an equivalent field.
