Description

You will perform business and data analysis within the Property & Casualty insurance domain to drive technical insights and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets and extract independently to provide actionable insights to the development team.
• Interview stakeholders to elicit, document, and manage business requirements.
• Develop data mapping and transformation strategies to integrate legacy systems with cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams to ensure efficient task closure.
• Document application functionality, business processes, and technical requirements clearly.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
• 5+ years of experience using modern cloud data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
• 5+ years of experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry.
• Strong proficiency in SQL querying and data profiling tools.
• Proven ability to interpret complex data and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in application support and business analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
