Description

You will manage data integrity and testing processes for HR systems and relational databases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create non-production test data using SQL, stored procedures, and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Validate HR data accuracy by analyzing relational databases and front-end reporting.
• Partner with technology teams to support system enhancements, developments, and control implementations.
• Execute integration, regression, and UAT testing for Workday and other HR software.
• Act as a subject matter expert for senior stakeholders and team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience working with Oracle databases.
• Hands-on use of JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.
• Ability to create, validate, and execute test scripts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Workday testing experience.
• Knowledge of HP Quality Center.
