You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation through deep data analysis and stakeholder engagement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets and extracts to provide actionable insights to the development team.
• Interview stakeholders to elicit, document, and manage business requirements.
• Develop data mapping and transformation strategies for integration between legacy systems and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams to ensure efficient task closure.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of application functionality and supported business processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
• 5+ years of experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
• 5+ years of experience within the Property & Casualty Insurance industry.
• Strong proficiency in SQL querying and data profiling tools.
• Proven ability to document technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree.
