Description

You will own end-to-end data analysis, mapping, and transformation for large-scale integration projects in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and data engineers to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and ensure data quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform data profiling, validation, and transformation for reporting and integration.
• Develop source-to-target data mappings (STTM) and technical documentation.
• Optimize complex SQL queries for performance with large datasets.
• Facilitate communication between business SMEs, data modelers, and technical teams.
• Recommend data cleansing strategies and validate consolidation logic.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis and data mapping.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including analytical functions and performance tuning.
• Proven experience developing STTM documents and understanding ETL processes.
• Experience with data consolidation, standardization, and transformation across heterogeneous sources.
• In-depth knowledge of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain (policy administration, claims lifecycle).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
