You will bridge business needs with technical system requirements through data analysis and project coordination.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Consult with functional management to identify, define, and document business objectives, operational procedures, and system requirements.
• Analyze the feasibility of new systems and develop requirements for enhancements to existing systems to ensure user needs are met.
• Track and document all changes to functional and business specifications, creating detailed procedures for permanent records and training.
• Research and prepare statistical reports using data systems and internal surveys to support management decision-making.
• Participate in Technical Evaluation Panels to assist customers during the system evaluation process.

Required Skills

• 0-2+ years of experience in Data Analysis or Project Coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to consolidate complex information into cohesive written reports.
• Understanding of Project Management fundamentals and principles.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Capacity to travel or relocate to unanticipated US locations on short notice for extended periods.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or any Graduate degree.
