Description

You will own the analysis, configuration, and documentation for data system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration and testing for various technology implementations.
• Analyze data from systems feeding into third-party office systems, identifying gaps and necessary transformations.
• Articulate data lineage as attributes move from source to target systems.
• Create artifacts (BRDs, FRDs, Business Architecture diagrams, Data Architecture diagrams, Process flow diagrams) that translate to actionable deployment plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep projects, initiatives, and research on schedule.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in analysis, testing, and implementation.
• 8+ years experience in requirement analysis and mapping as-is to to-be process flows.
• 8+ years using enterprise tools including Jira, MS Office Suite, and SharePoint.
• 5+ years of data analysis experience using SQL, R, and Python.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to communicate technical and non-technical solutions to ensure quality.
• Strong quantitative, analytic, and management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of OneTrust system implementation experience.
• Prior project management experience.
