You will act as a lead analyst on data-centric projects, bridging the gap between business needs and technical data structures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and document process flows.
• Write business requirements as Jira stories.
• Perform data profiling, metadata management, and data lineage analysis.
• Execute data governance and implement data controls.
• Reverse engineer pseudo SQL code to understand existing data logic.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on data projects.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including joins, unions, and sub-queries.
• Strong expertise in RDBMS and data analytics.
• Experience with data governance, metadata, and data lineage.
• Proven ability to document data and process flows.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum and Kanban environments.
• Proficiency using Jira for requirement management.
• Background in requirements analysis lifecycle and process improvements.

Preferred Skills

• Financial industry experience.
