You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT partners to deliver data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects and deliver business solutions by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external IT partners.
• Analyze large data sets to extrapolate actionable conclusions.
• Collect requirements, structure information, and create system flows and documentation depicting current state dependencies.
• Partner with IT and Operations to identify monitoring needs and establish business as usual (BAU) processes.
• Resolve client data inquiries and technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business process reengineering and business modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and/or NoSQL coding and scripting.
• Experience in business systems development and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong ability to structure information and create technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems.
• Knowledge of Agile best practices and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience presenting findings and partnering directly with stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or related degree is required. Master’s degree in these would be given preference.
