You will translate business needs into technical data requirements, bridging the gap between stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver analytics solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for data and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and data sources.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for Snowflake, DBT, Power BI, and SQL Server.
• Support data modeling and validation efforts with engineering and BI teams.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in data or analytics projects.
• Strong understanding of Snowflake, Power BI, DBT, and SQL Server.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to write clear documentation, user stories, and process flows.
• Familiarity with data governance, quality, and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
