Description

You will analyze data to drive business understanding and decision-making. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and product stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Define, track, and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and data requirements.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders clearly.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a Business Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Solid understanding of business processes and data modeling concepts.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Data Modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with any Graduate education level is acceptable.
