Description

You will own the Organizational Health Dashboard to support executive decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Unify diverse datasets into a single source of truth.
• Build and optimize real-time dashboards using Qlik Sense.
• Manipulate and process data using SQL and Python.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align visualizations with organizational objectives.
• Establish data management and visualization best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Expertise in SQL for data manipulation.
• Proficiency with Qlik Sense for dashboard development.
• Experience using Python for data processing.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets and Excel for data integration.
• Ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working in tech or FinTech environments.
• Experience with Tableau.
