Description

You will serve as a Business Data Analyst based on-site in New Brunswick, NJ, three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Identify and capture detailed user requirements for software projects.
• Assemble, analyze, and evaluate structured and unstructured datasets to provide stakeholder recommendations.
• Collaborate with multi-functional global teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners and support technology roadmaps.
• Apply strategic and tactical thinking to resolve problems and prioritize multiple tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Databricks, AWS, and Azure.
• Familiarity with Data Warehouses and Data Lakes.
• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Strong analytical skills for working with structured and unstructured data.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• CDL or EDW background.
• Quality background including GxP and knowledge of Quality Systems like LIMS, NC, CAPA, or Audit systems (Trackwise, Comet, Curve, PQMS, Summit, ETQ).
