Description

You will own the end-to-end data analysis, mapping, and transformation lifecycle for large-scale insurance data projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform data profiling, validation, and transformation for integration and reporting.
• Develop source-to-target data mappings (STTM) and technical documentation.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data consolidation and standardization.
• Optimize complex SQL queries for performance and accuracy on large datasets.
• Conduct data quality assessments and recommend cleansing strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis and data mapping.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including analytical functions and performance tuning.
• Proven experience developing STTM documents and understanding ETL processes.
• Experience with data consolidation and transformation across heterogeneous sources.
• In-depth knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance domain (policy administration, claims lifecycle).
• Ability to collaborate with data engineers, modelers, and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
