Description

You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by defining data requirements and documenting end-to-end data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify problem statements and gather detailed business requirements, including data lineage and transformations.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to define, document, and model data solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
• Document data ingestion, transformation, and consumption workflows, including data models and classification.
• Ensure all data solutions and documentation meet compliance standards and pass audit scrutiny.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, refinement, and planning sessions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Profiling, Data Transformation, and Data Reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data tools or Snowflake technologies.
• Strong data query skills.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum processes.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and continuous deployment.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and complex problem-solving.
• Experience creating data models based on conceptual models and solution decisions.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Prior knowledge of or willingness to learn healthcare and analytics industries.
