You will build and manage data reporting and dashboard mechanisms to streamline insights for sales teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build new reporting mechanisms to support evolving business needs.
• Maintain existing reporting infrastructure to ensure data accuracy.
• Automate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to minimize manual complexity.
• Streamline dashboard usage to reduce reporting duplication for end users.
• Convert open-ended business problems into trackable metrics and structured analytical frameworks.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with SQL to build and improve technical backend reporting infrastructure.
• Proven ability in data analysis and synthesis to draw conclusions and generate business alternatives.
• Experience creating dashboards to link, report, and analyze metrics.
• Strong data judgment to uncover insights and convert business context into structured data.
• Consultative skills to understand stakeholder needs through direct dialogue.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations tailored to specific audiences.
• Project management skills to prioritize work and maintain clear timelines.
