Description

You bridge business requirements and technical data implementation within the Property & Casualty insurance domain.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Source to Target Mapping (STTM) specifications.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories for development teams.
• Analyze insurance data structures across the policy lifecycle and claims processes.
• Communicate technical data requirements to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst.
• Very strong SQL skills, ideally with a background in data engineering.
• Deep domain expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, specifically policy lifecycle and claims.
• Proven experience working directly with insurance industry clients.
• Experience producing formal BRD and STTM documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Snowflake.
