Description

You will act as a technical bridge between business requirements and data warehouse implementation within the healthcare domain.

Responsibilities

• Perform data profiling to identify data issues before ingestion into the data warehouse.
• Prepare detailed source-to-target mapping documents, including joins, filters, and ranking logic to ensure unique records.
• Execute UAT and business checkouts using SQL scripts.
• Draft functional specifications by collaborating with both business and technical teams.
• Present draft versions of data models for stakeholder review.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or technical role.
• 5+ years of experience working with SQL.
• 3+ years of experience with Data Warehouse projects, specifically sourcing or outbound extracts.
• Deep healthcare domain knowledge.
• Expertise in performing gap analysis and data profiling.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts.
• Ability to create detailed mapping documentation for development and QA teams.
