Description

Bridging business requirements with technical data warehouse implementation, you will own the end-to-end data design and validation lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform data profiling to identify and resolve data issues before ingestion into the data warehouse.
• Create detailed functional specifications, BRDs, and FRDs through collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Develop comprehensive source-to-target mapping documents, including specific joins, filters, and ranking logic to ensure unique records.
• Design and present draft data models and structures.
• Execute UAT and business checkout using SQL scripts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or technical role.
• 5+ years of advanced SQL coding and data profiling.
• 5+ years of experience in data mining, data structures, and data modeling.
• 5+ years of experience preparing source-to-target mapping, mapping documents, and gap analysis.
• 3+ years of experience working with Data Warehouse projects.
• Experience with Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD) of all types.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts.
• Healthcare domain expertise.

Preferred Skills

• BSA experience specifically focused on sourcing or outbound extracts within data warehouse environments.
