Description

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to translate requirements into technical specifications for backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from stakeholders and document them through BRDs, SRDs, use cases, and user stories.
• Map data from XML structures to relational databases for transactional processing.
• Communicate technical requirements clearly to internal and external development teams.
• Support testing phases and troubleshoot defects within backend systems.
• Perform process mapping to define data flows between source and target systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business or data analysis.
• Strong SQL skills for querying backend systems to extract specific data details.
• Experience with XML and XML Schema.
• Proficiency in data mapping and data visualization.
• Working knowledge of relational databases.
• Experience in the P&C Insurance domain.
• Ability to perform requirement gathering and create formal documentation.
