Own client-facing requirement analysis, data modeling, and dashboarding to drive business insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, understand, and document business and data needs.
• Build conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support analytics initiatives.
• Develop advanced Excel analytics, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data cleanup.
• Create and maintain dashboards using Tableau or Power BI for stakeholder reporting.
• Write advanced SQL queries to validate data and support analytical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business data analysis or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and validation.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
• Strong data modeling capabilities (conceptual, logical, physical).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Databricks or similar cloud analytics platforms.
• 3-year tenure in previous relevant roles.
