Description

You will troubleshoot data variances, identify root causes, and deliver corrections in a production environment. This role requires coordinating with technical teams to ensure changes are delivered and certified.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex requirements using STTM documentation to troubleshoot production failures.
• Propose and implement solutions to resolve data issues and variances.
• Write scripts to correct data and coordinate with the technical team for production delivery.
• Verify changes and certify data after corrections are implemented.
• Document data lineage, source-to-target mappings, and business requirements accurately.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Business or Data Analysis experience.
• Advanced SQL skills, specifically on Oracle databases.
• Proficiency with Toad for data comparison and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse and Mart concepts.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Advanced Excel skills and competency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica.
• Background in Multifamily or Single-Family mortgage domains.
