Description

You will support the implementation of Enterprise Data Management tools by bridging the gap between business processes and technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to map business processes, identify pain points, and document requirements through user stories, Epics, and Features.
• Develop process flows, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams to visualize current and proposed states.
• Manage the product backlog by grouping stories into themes, documenting dependencies, and supporting the Product Owner.
• Define test objectives, create test plans, execute regression testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups to validate proposed solutions with business users.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience delivering business and systems analysis artifacts.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst working within Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced understanding of enterprise data management concepts and tools.
• Hands-on experience with Collibra, Snowflake, Informatica, SafeFME, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Proficiency with IBM Knowledge Catalog and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.
• Expertise in translating strategy into actionable requirements and defining acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with large, multi-module enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Visio, Access, and Project Server.
• Strong ability to conduct root cause analysis and propose technical or blended solutions.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMI-ACP certifications.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for work item tracking.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as TestComplete, Cucumber, or Selenium.
