Description

Support Enterprise Data Management tool implementation by bridging business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Map business processes and document current states using process flows, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Decompose high-level requirements into Epics, Features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage product backlogs by grouping stories into Themes and documenting technical dependencies.
• Define test objectives, create test plans, execute regression testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups to visualize solutions and validate technical feasibility.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience delivering business and systems analysis artifacts.
• 8+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst with deep knowledge of Scrum methodology.
• Advanced understanding of enterprise data management concepts and tools.
• Hands-on experience with Collibra, Informatica, Snowflake, SafeFM, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Proficiency in translating product strategy into application requirements and technical design specifications.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Visio and Project Server.
• Experience managing and organizing Product and Sprint backlogs.
• Experience working with large, multi-module enterprise systems and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis to identify system gaps and propose technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMI-ACP certifications.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for work item tracking.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as TestComplete, Cucumber, or Selenium.
